Designing an image conversion platform

Picture Analysis and Conversion Engine (PACE) is an easy and quick to use cloud based platform that helps you correct or convert images to desired specifications within seconds.  As a publisher you’ll often find yourself googling for an image conversion site or firing up Photoshop for the job – we have made the whole task of correcting and converting images to desired formats and specifications a seamless one with PACE.

I was approached to handle the UI/UX of PACE, the task was to take the existing wireframes and design mockups and rework it to make it into a real product. The new UI/UX made sure that the product is easy to use and fun which was achieved by the usage of bright colours, illustrations and simple interactivity principles. PACE also features an analytics section which displays conversion stats, and data pertaining to the users and companies. And it was my job to visualize this data in an interesting manner using graphs, icons and illustrations. The outcome was this easy-to-use web app, which turned the tedious task of image conversion into something fun.
